Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lucas Antonio Lima de Souza, an individual entrepreneur doing business as "Tidyo" ("Tidyo", "we"), collects and uses personal data when you use the Tidyo website, quiz and web app (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

Quiz answers, such as your goals, home situation, habits, how often you feel overwhelmed and the minutes per day you want to commit. We use them to build your plan.
Contact and account data: email address, first name, password (stored hashed) and account settings.
Purchase data: plan, prices, add-ons and transaction status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Usage and device data: pages viewed, quiz progress, IP address, browser, device type, approximate location and referral data (for example, UTM parameters and ad click identifiers).
Cookies, local storage and pixels: see section 5.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive data such as health records or government IDs. Please don't send it to us.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf:

Stripe, for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy);
Atomicat and Bunny.net, for website hosting and delivery;
Supabase and Vercel, for web-app hosting and the database;
Resend, for transactional emails;
Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API);
authorities, when required by law.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies, local storage and pixels

Essential storage: we use your browser's local and session storage to keep your quiz answers, progress, discount timer and promo code while you move through the sign-up flow.
Analytics and advertising: we use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to measure ad performance and conversions. Where the law requires consent, we only load them after you agree. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Retention

We keep account and purchase data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes (up to 5 years for transaction records). Quiz data from people who never purchase is deleted or anonymized after 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California or LGPD in Brazil), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@avenzify.space. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website.
