These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tidyo website, quiz, web app and any related products (together, the "Service"), provided by Lucas Antonio Lima de Souza, an individual entrepreneur doing business as "Tidyo", with address at Hipólito da Costa, 189 (Casa), Caruaru – PE, 55034-360, Brazil ("Tidyo", "we", "us"). By taking the quiz, purchasing a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a plan. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. What Tidyo is — and is not

Tidyo provides personalized home-organization routines, checklists, planners and guidance, including AI-generated suggestions. Tidyo is a self-help and productivity tool. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or professional advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Content about stress, focus, procrastination or "somatic" exercises is for general wellness and educational purposes only. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment, especially for anything involving safety (cleaning products, ladders, appliances, chemicals).

3. Plans, introductory prices and automatic renewal

Plans. We offer subscription plans (for example, 1-week trial, 4-week and 12-week plans). The price, introductory period and renewal price of each plan are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Introductory price. Some plans start with a discounted introductory period. When the introductory period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the regular price shown at checkout, and continues to renew for the same billing period until you cancel.
Example (illustrative — the checkout page prevails): a 4-week plan at $19.99 for the first 4 weeks renews at $39.99 every 4 weeks; a 12-week plan at $34.99 for the first 12 weeks renews at $79.99 every 12 weeks; a 1-week trial at $10.50 converts into a 4-week subscription at $39.99 every 4 weeks.
Authorization. By purchasing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the introductory price and for each renewal until you cancel.
Taxes and currency. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes. Your bank may charge foreign-transaction or conversion fees.

4. One-click add-ons

After your first purchase we may offer optional add-ons (for example, digital planners or guides). If you click "Add to My Plan", you authorize a one-time charge of the amount shown, processed automatically with the payment method you already provided. Add-ons are not subscriptions and do not renew. If you click "Skip", you are not charged.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time on the Account page of the Tidyo web app or by emailing support@avenzify.space. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before it starts. Cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund — see our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee and its conditions.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds.

8. Price changes

We may change regular prices for future billing periods. We will notify you in advance by email, and the new price applies from the next renewal after the notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service and its content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share our content, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Tidyo name, logo, texts, planners, designs and software, belongs to Lucas Antonio Lima de Souza (Tidyo) or its licensors.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Results vary from person to person and depend on your own effort; we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
